Introducing our department.
It is a certified educational institution for nursing education that trains future nurses with the vision of 'fostering creative nursing personnel who contribute to the development of local communities based on respect for humanity.
The school operates by appropriately organizing liberal arts and major subjects to enable students to acquire the ability of nurses as both educated people and professionals, and provides diverse and high quality clinical practice experiences through the construction of an on-campus simulation practice educational environment and high quality clinical practice at Dong-A University Hospital.
It operates general master's and doctoral programs in clinical nursing, community nursing and nursing management, and operates training programs for nurses specializing in critical care and infection control.

- PIVOT Simulation CenterAn environment similar to the clinical environment is implemented on campus to provide students with diverse and safe practical training experiences.
- Dong A SistersHelping students adjust to the department through a mentoring program for senior and junior students.
- Career and Job Placement competence Enhancement Program We prepare students to become competent nurses by providing special lectures for senior students in employment, special lectures for nursing directors, special lectures on writing self-introductions, and a BLS (Basic Life Support)Provider program.
- University of Illinois Chicago Summer ProgramEvery year, our department supports selected students in joining a short-term training program at the University of Illinois Chicago. This opportunity allows students to experience global nursing education and healthcare systems, strengthening their global capabilities and expanding their career paths.
