Grading
Classification of Grades
Grades are assigned based on a comprehensive evaluation of attendance, assignments, mid-term examinations, and final examinations for each subject area.
NP (Non-Pass) is not yet indicated on the transcript and not yet counted in the grade point average and credits (applied for and earned).

Only grades D and above and P are allowed as earned credits.
Method of calculating grade point average of grades
- Calculation formula : expressed to two decimal places, rounding up from the third decimal place.

Total number of credits registered for courses

Notes.
- When calculating the grade point average for the previous semester, it is calculated as if all courses were taken in one semester.
Simply adding up the grade point averages for each semester and then dividing by the number of semesters will not give the correct grade point average. - Be sure to exclude P grades and include F grades in the calculation.
- On the transcript, round up from 3 digits to 2 digits.
- When calculating the grade point average for the previous semester, it is calculated as if all courses were taken in one semester.
