It aims to foster mid-career teachers who will play a central role in improving the educational environment by teaching academic theories on education and utilizing their application skills. In particular, the program opens up the possibility of self-development as an educator by giving in-service teachers in Busan and Gyeongnam the opportunity for continuous research by opening night lectures.
